Modern Warfare's killing streak system is being completely changed.

"We changed the entire way the killstreak system works. I can't go into detail yet, but I will share when I can." Infinity Ward's, Robert Bowling has confirmed through twitter that the killing streak system will go through major changes in Modern Warfare 3. He obviously can't give much away but at least he is giving us something to speculate on, while we wait with anticipation for the game's release.

What kind of changes would you guys like to see in the new system? Make sure to leave your comments below.

New bill wants to make streaming video games illegal!

A new bill has been proposed to  the Congress. If the bill passes any type of streaming of video games through YouTube, Live Stream, Justin TV, etc. will be considered a felony. The bill will be a ten strike bill, those who get all ten strikes will go to jail. This is fucking ridiculous, guys. This only benefits the greedy companies that don't want their content shown unless you pay for it.

Is there anything we can do? Actually there's a petition right here. Is it a 100% grantee that it'll stop the bill? Who knows, but it doesn't hurt to sign and even so it's pretty unlikely that this law will pass. It pretty much violates the first amendment. People post videos showing their opinions on a video game while playing. In a fighting game people may invent new combo's and they want to share them with their friends online. Other times they may find a humorous glitch while playing and they 'll want to share that as well. Allowing this bill to pass is pretty much taking away our freedom of speech, it is unconstitutional. It's pretty likely that the Congress will see the harm that this bill can do.

I bet this fucker is supporting the bill.

World of Warcraft, free to play and ready to take over your life!

The folk's over at Blizzard are making their biggest game free to play. Everyone and their grandmas can now join to the addiction. People who have free to play accounts can only reach level 20, this is a very sly way for Blizzard to get more people into WoW.

I'm going to be completely honest here, for one whole year I was addicted to World of Warcraft. When you play it's all you think about, it's all you want to do and it's all your going to do. Fair warning to those wanting to try it out, WoW is addicting.

What Bayonetta could of looked like.

Apparently, the designers at SEGA wanted to westernize Bayonetta back when they were creating the game in '08. I suggest looking up the original concept art by Mr. Wesley Burnt right over here, they all look bad ass. I'm a big fan of drawing, so it's nice to see people putting up there concept art on the Internet. Kinda shows what the game could of been.

What do you guys think, would you'd have prefer that Bayonetta had a more western-friendly look? Or do you like how she turned out?

Nintendo not planning to be #1 online platform.

"We're not going to sit here and say that our goal is to become the number one online gaming company" claims Mr. Miyamoto in an MTV interview. I don't know, but for a company to say that they are not striving to be number one sounds more like, "You know what guys we're gonna stop trying." Nintendo has the reputation for not being Internet friendly, the GameCube had no Internet support, and the Wii and DS had that revolting friend code system.

We live in a new era Nintendo, and the Internet is a part of it! By not supporting and making a better internet feature, you are dumbing down the system and ruining it's potential.

Miyamoto later adds that, "A key word for Nintendo in the online sphere has been creating an experience that's comfortable for all players." This brings up speculation that friend codes or something similar will happen for the Wii U. Sure the platform may be targeted to be family friendly but Microsoft and Sony both have parental control and it doesn't get in the way like friend codes do.

It's just frustrating that the more I hear about the Wii U the more I'm starting to hate the idea. Bad internet system, no DVD support, awful placed analog sticks, only one touch pad control per system and pricey ass tag for the controller, it's just... Y U NO WORK RIGHT, NINTENDO, Y!?!?
Internet humor....:\

Grand Theft Auto V may be released on 2012

According to Gamespot, they have received a tip from someone working at Take-Two Interactive. According to the person (who Gamespot will not reveal to the public), a release date for 2012 will be "pretty likely,".

Rockstar, has not declared if any of this is true or false. This should all be taken with a grain of salt, Gamespot is being really shady with this piece of news. They're not giving away any names and they're not giving much information either, so as of now this still counts a rumor.

Halo Anniversary will be Kinect compatable.

That's right folks, it seems like Halo Anniversary will have Kinect support. Now you can experience how it feels like to play the original Halo while flailing your arms around, or not, you could look cool like the guy from the Ghost Recon presentation.
So realistic, man!
Microsoft's general manager, Phil Spencer confirmed this on an interview at GameSpot. Halo Anniversary will launch on November of this year, will you guys be playing this on Kinect? I think you guys can tell my opinion on this.

No DVD or Blu Ray for Wii.

Wii U will not have DVD or Blue Ray support according to Nintendo's Iwata, because they believe people already have enough devices to play their DVDs and Blue Rays. They do not want to invest money in making the Wii U play DVDs. Thanks a lot Nintendo, now I gotta turn of my console, stand up, and put my DVD's into an Xbox! Sometimes I wonder if Nintendo even cares for their consumer! Such a cruel world we live in!

Half Minute Hero Remake coming to XBLA.

Half Minute Hero was that game none of us bought, it came out for the PSP back in 2009. It was a satire to the old school RPGs and now it's getting a remake. It will also get a whole new facelift with a new art style, which I'm not a big fan of. But, hey that's all right cus you can always change it back to the original 16 bit art style. This game hits Xbox Live Arcade for 10 bucks.

I've always been interested in this game, I remember reading up a lot on it, so I may give it a try.

Pokemon: Type Wild, the game you always wanted as a kid.

Remember when you were a kid and you'd watch the Pokemon anime and you'd be like, "Aw man I wanna play that and fight with Pokemon!" And then you get to play your friend's copy of Pokemon and it disappointingly turns out it's a turn based RPG. Well guess what Eddy? Thirteen years late, but your dream has finally come true!

Pokemon: Type Wild, is a Japanese indie fighting game. And if you'd like to give it a try, it's free to download, right over here. Ya know, if the whole Pokemon hype hasn't died out on you yet.

Robin playable for Arkham City

According to IGN, Rocksteady's Sarah Wellock has confirmed that Robin will be playable for challenge maps in Batman Arkham City. Unlike previously thought, everyone who has the game will have a chance to play Robin in the new game, but people who pre-order the game from Best Buy will have early access to play as him.

E3 is over!

E3 ended just yesterday and there was a ton of overwhelming news that I didn't get to report on. The event couldn't of taken place on a worst time, I was busy the past three days working on my DJing, that I couldn't find the time to blog. Also the fact that I wasn't really there, made it difficult to write on anything else other then the conventions. Either way, I do plan to attend E3 2012, I'm not sure how I'm gonna do it, (maybe I'll go on a hunger strike in front of it, idk) but I now know not to make any plans for the whole week E3 '12 decides to drop in. And before that happens I'll be blogging on anything interesting on the video game industry, and who knows, maybe I'll get to attend other events before the next E3 comes, we'll just have to wait and see.

To Good to be True!

"We lied bitches!"
Reggie Fils-Aime declares on an interview by Geoff Keighley, that the footage of Darksiders, Ninja Gaiden and Dirt shown at their conference were not from the Wii U. But instead, just a bunch of Xbox 360/PS3 screen shots. Reggie then explains that the graphics will look as good, and that the system will run in 1080p. Then why the hell would you show footage of games from other consoles!!! This makes me very skeptic of Nintendo now, let's just see if this system lives up to all the talk.

Oh well, best show of E3 goes to..... i don't know, Sony. Wooh congrats, this award has no value!

Nintendo Recap! Best show of E3!

Nintendo dominated this year at E3. They had their huge 3DS line up, and they announced their new console, the Wii U. They also celebrated 25 years of Zelda, and are releasing 2 albums of Zelda music. There's going to be a new Smash Bros for both 3DS and Wii U, and a new Zelda game on the Wii U was teased. This was the best presentation on E3.  It was interesting unlike Microsoft's conference, sure it  had a few cool games but the Kinect presentations were unbearable! Nintendo seems to be taking a better direction with both there software and hardware. It seems that when it comes to motion control Nintendo always get's it right, it doesn't feel as tacky like Kinect or Move. The Wii U doesn't feel like the motion controls are a gimmick to the console, it feels like a part of what makes the console work.

So that wraps up all the E3 conferences for this year. What are your guys thoughts? Who do you think had the best show this year? Which games are you most excited about? You can share your answers on the comments below.

Third party game line up for the Wii U is impressive.

It's surprising seeing third party developers actually being excited working on a Nintendo console. Third party games so far confirmed for the Wii U are Darksiders 2, Tekken, Arkham City, Assasin Creed, Ghost Recon Online, Aliens Colonial Marines and Ninja Gaiden, all with the HD graphics you would expect to have from them.

Nintendo's new system, the Wii U.

The Wii U was just announce this morning, and boy is it impressive. It comes with a 6.2 inch touch screen controller and with your usual shoulder buttons and triggers. You can play all the Wii U games with out even the use of a TV The controller's touchscreen projects HD graphics so you can continue gaming when the TV is being used by some one else. The Wii U will also be backwards compatible with the Wii Remote. The control can also connect to the the web and  project images and videos into the TV screen. They also showed of a video that teased a new Zelda on the Wii U. Nintendo made it very clear that this will not be a portable as previously thought before. I'm really impressed, the only thing I have to question is why have the analog stick so high up on the controller, that doesn't look too comfortable.

Also confirmed, a new Super Smash Bros is being developed for both Wii U and the 3DS. Let's hope they make an actual fighting game instead of another party game.

Tons of New Games for the 3DS!

Five new Nintendo titles were announced for the 3DS at today's Nintendo conference!

Mario Kart for the 3DS will launch this holiday season. The game will include all terrain karts that transform on ground, air or sea. Also there will be a  mode where you can customize your kart.

Star Fox also announced for the 3DS. It will include a multilayer mode where it'll record your salty face when you get killed by some one. The game will be available this September.

A new Super Mario game was announced for the 3DS too. Not much info on this one, only that the Tunaki Costume is back... yay?

Kid Icarus Uprising will include a three on three player combat mode. There will also be a card playing game using the 3DS's camera which looks really dumb. The game was announced to be released later this year.

A new Luigi's Mansion game was shown on the conference today. The game will take place in several mansions, instead of just one like in the first game.

Other 3rd party titles for 3DS included Resident Evil Mercenaries, Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Ace Combat 3D, Tetris, Cave Story 3D, Resident Evil Revelations, Driver Renegade, Pacman & Galaga Dimensions, Tekken 3D and Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D

Sony Recap!

I'm Sowwy :(

Sony's has had the best conference so far this whole E3. They covered a whole lot of games, and had some surprises I did not suspect. Jack Tretton made a quick apology to it's consumers and fellow workers. "and it is you that both causes us to be humbled and amazed at the amount of dedication and support you continue to give to the PlayStation brand" says Mr. Tretton after apologizing, "(the consumers) are the blood line of Playstation."

The PS Vita is a real thing and it looks freaking awesome! It has two touch screens front and back, you can decide between a 3g or Wi-fi model. It's also a bit pricey, the Wi-fi model is $249 and the 3g model is $299. The crowd cheered when they announce the prices, I'm not sure why, am I really that poor :(? Sly Thieves in Time was announced, and many of the anticipated tittles will give you the option to use move, some examples are Saint's Row: The Third and BioShock Infinite. The only thing I have to nitpick at is that they focused to much on the 3D and the move. It wasn't as bad as the Kinect presentations but it still bored the hell out of me. Nitpicking aside I'm impressed, let's see if Nintendo can top them tomorrow.

Street Fighter X Tekken for PS Vita featuring Cole.

I cracked up at the reaction when they announced SFXT for the PSVita, at first there were all like cooool, and then they were all like, whaaaaat? That's right that one dude from Infamous is going to fight alongside Ryu and Kazuya. I don't get it, haha he looks so out of place! Plus isn't SFXT a cross over of you know..... Street Fighter and Tekken? I mean at least Kratos was featured in original fighting games, like Mortal Kombat and Soul Calibur. If Kratos was featured on a cross over fighter like Marvel Vs Capcom 3, just for the fuck of it, that would be a problem.

Modnation Racers on PSVita.

Developers of  Modnation Racers showed of there new game for PS Vita. The developers claimed that this not a port. They showed us how to make tracks by simply drawing them with your finger. Then they used the back touch screen to increase the size of the mountains. Also by rubbing on the screen they manage to make a lake. I liked Modnation Racers for PS3 and I think this will make pretty neat port for the PS Vita.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss for the PS Vita

Naughty Dog developers showed of their newest game for the Play Station Vita. In Uncharted the Golden Abyss you'll control Drake using both the buttons and the touch screens. The game can be played however you desire, you can either press buttons or use the touch screen in combat. You can jump from ledge to ledge manually or just by simply touching the ledge on the screen Seeing the game in motion is astonishing, the graphics are simply the best when it comes to portable consoles.

Bioshock Infinite to have Move Support.

At Sony's E3 conference, Irrational Game's Ken Levine has confirmed that Bioshock Infinite will have Move support for PS3. Mr. Levine also showed a new trailer starting Bioshock Infinite's protagonists Booker and Elizabet running away from the terrifying Song Bird. Levin leaves the set by promising us a new Bioshock game coming soon on the NGP.

PS: I'm hyped!

Playstation branded TV is crazy and expensive!

Sony is releasing an exclusive Playstation branded TV, it's 24 inches wide, HD, 3D support and with new technology, which let's you see your own individual screen if your playing two player mode. No more screen watching for the fucking cheaters. It will come in a bundle which includes 3d glasses, an SDMI cable, and a copy of Resistance 3 for....get ready for it....499 bucks! Thanks a lot Sony, I'll try to be born richer next time.

God of War and Team Ico HD collections for the PS3

Both God of War Origins Collection and The Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection will come to the PS3 with 3D support. The God of War Origins Collection will include both Chain of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta. If you have not played Shadow of the Colossus and you have a PS3, do yourself a favor and buy the collection, it is a fucking great game! Both Collections will launch later this year.

Uncharted 3 demoed at Sony's conference.

Naughty Dog developers got up on the stage to show Uncharted 3. On the demo we see Drake on a rocky boat sneaking by unsuspecting foe's and snapping there necks. Drake reaches a certain point where he gets caught. Instead of giving in Drake quickly grabs a grenade from his captor and throws it. This causes the boat to start sinking, Drake swims his way out of it but is then chased by a huge stream of water. The demo ends fading to black and showing the release date, Nov, 1 2011. Also June 20th there will be a closed beta for the multi player part of the game.

Ubisoft Recap

Ubisoft, also seemed to jump into the Kinnect bandwagon. Raving Rabbids, Just Dance 3 and few other tittles are being supported by the Kinnect. Other then that the new Rayman game has some great  hand drawn graphics, Far Cry 3 looks bad ass and the host was douche. It was an ok conference but not as good as EA's.

Assasin's Creed 4 revealed.

The final chapter of Ezio's adventure will take place in Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Revelation. Ubisoft played a demo showing some of Ezio's combat and acrobatic skills. Ezio seems to have new abilities, he throws smoke bombs near his enemies and they start flashing in red and blue to distinguish them. He also gets on a flamethrower and starts burning down all the ships on the port. He then rides off on his own ship while his enemy watch him escape, not being able to pursue him.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier at the Ubisoft's Press Conference.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, the fourth installment of the Ghost Recon franchise was demoed on Ubisoft's conference. It looks pretty technical. During the demo they showed many features, there was the invisible cammo, satellite view, x-ray vision and a complex HUD showing where your team mates are aiming. At the end of the demo they blow up 3 helicopters by dropping down dozens of bombs from an air view. The developers claim to have one of the deepest weapon customization systems.

Ubisoft also announce another game called Ghost Recon Online. It's only for the PC but it's free to play.

Brother's in Arms: Furious 4 a Nazi killing shooter.

This one is a bit weird, I'm not that familiar with the Brother's in Arms series but I'm sure this new edition is completely different.  Furious 4 is about 4 mercenaries who love to do what they do, killing Nazis. By the looks of the trailer the game seems to have a dark humorous story ala Tarantino. Also every single one of the Furious 4 seems to be from a different ethnicity, it's kind of weird that for a game that's trying to be edgy to also be politically correct.
